This is a free virtual event for parents/carers of Year 5/6 children with additional needs, with or without an EHC Plan, transferring to a mainstream secondary school in Autumn 2024 or 2025.
- Learn about ways to support your child in transitioning from primary to secondary school and what to expect from schools.
- Hear from some professionals involved with your children.
