Preparing for Adulthood - New Person-Centred Planning Tools
The PfA Team, as are part of the Preparing for Adulthood NDTi Programme, have refreshed a suite of person-centred planning materials which can be used when planning with young people and their families from Year 9 and upwards.

The Skills Toolkit is a new online learning platform which was launched by Education Secretary, Gavin Williamson, on 28th April to help boost the nation’s skills while people are staying at home.

The contract with NELFT commenced on the 1 September 2018, there has been a planned mapping and period of restructure through to 1 July 2019. The therapy service has offered “business as usual” during this time.
