Are very pleased to welcome guest speakers:
Sam and Tony Holness
Sam Holness is an Autistic triathlete; he is the first from the BAME community to complete
Kona. His goals are also to motivate other people, like himself, to participate in sport to help
with their wellbeing and to get healthy. Sam also wants to increase the diversity amongst
the triathlon family and to become the first professional autistic triathlete.
