Description
Who should attend:
All school staff
Outline/Objectives:
To raise awareness of and consider the range of loss and bereavement children and young people can experience in their lives, including during the Covid - 19 pandemic.
To increase understanding of the development nature of children and young people's response to death.
To increase confidence of school staff in supporting children, young people, parents/carers and families who are bereaved.
To signpost to helpful resources and materials in this area which school staff can use and practice using them.
