About Me Care and Support Limited is a not for profit, organisation which offers specialist and personalised human support to people who have a community care need, in order for them to maintain their independence. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of Deafblind UK. Profit that is generated by this enterprise will be gifted to Deafblind UK. Our aim is to enable people living with and coping with any difficulty to have the quality of life they deserve and to reduce their isolation and increase their confidence. This is underpinned by the social model of disability and person centred working. We achieve this through one to one contact; bespoke care and support packages; emotional support; communicator guiding; domestic and home support tasks; enablement services; personal care; advice and support with daily living and accessing the community.
