Emotion Coaching
Description
This training is an opportunity for the Barnet school community to learn more about how we support the Social, Emotional and Mental Health of our children and young people, with a particular focus on an Emotional Coaching approach.
The training will be run by Dr Nina Robinson, Educational Psychologist.
The workshop aims to:
• Consider children’s emotional development and needs
• Understand and learn the steps of using an emotion coaching approach
• Provide opportunities to practise these approaches and feel confident to apply them in your work with children and young people
