Extending and Enhancing Good Early Years Autism Practice
Description
For all staff who work directly or are responsible for children with autism in all types of early years settings.
Participants should have a basic understanding of Autism
Aims of the course:
• enable practitioners to extend and enhance their knowledge and understanding of good autism practice
• enable practitioners to reflect on their own practice and share this more widely across settings or with partners i.e., families and other professionals
• develop practitioners understanding of the graduated approach and how this can support children on the autism spectrum.
